After breakfast we’ll pick you up from your lodge in Arusha and transport you to the Ngorongoro Crater – the world’s largest inactive, intact and unfilled volcanic
calderas. The crater was formed by a large volcanic explosion that took place 2-3 millions years ago, and measure 2,000 feet deep and 100 square miles in diameter.
It has one of the largest wildlife populations in Africa and is one of the world’s most untouched wildlife sanctuaries. The Ngorongoro Crater is home to over 30,000
wildlife species including lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalo and leopards. We’ll spend the night at the Gibb’s Farm Lodge.
We’ll then process to Serengeti National Park – the world’s most renowned wildlife preserve. The park’s 5,600 square mile plains is rich with wildlife-viewing and
scenic landscapes. We’ll observe vast herds of roaming wildebeests, zebras and gazelles, along with groups of elephants, giraffes, and buffalos, as the lions, leopard,
cheetah, hyenas and jackals stalk their prey. We’ll then make our way to the Seronera Wildlife Lodge for the night.
We continue on an encore wildlife adventure in the Serengeti National Park and stay overnight at the Ndutu Safari Lodge.
After enjoying breakfast at the lodge, we’ll head back to Arusha and transport you to the Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) read for flight back.
